From the very start, emailing and talking on the phone to plan our menu for our family get together at a home we rented in Fairfield CT, Marcia was pleasant, professional, creative and flexible. She was totally accessible and open to any variations on the menu and was very attentive to all the different food needs of our group of 8. When she arrived at the house, she and her assistant could not have been more friendly. They proceeded to spend the entire evening, preparing and cooking and feeding us, it was a dream! The food was spectacular and the service superb. There was not one thing that any of us would have changed. 48 hours later, we are still talking about how amazing the entire evening was.
